Gutter Cleaning
Gutters are intended to keep your home safe from rainwater, deterioration, and protect your home's foundation. But they are ineffective when they are full of debris, nests, or buildup. Blocked gutters can lead to water spilling over or pooling in areas you don't want, such as around your foundation. It can also seep under roofing materials which can over time cause leaks and damage that can hurt your home's interior. Finally, blocked gutters can be a haven for pests and rodents who often like to nest in them.

Power Washing
Power washing works to loosen up and remove dirt and grime from your home and concrete, and our specially formulated solution cleans without damage. Regular pressure washing can prevent damage to siding such as mold or decay, which can be costly to repair. It also helps keep your home healthier for you to be around by removing dirt and grime. Finally, it increases curb appeal which can increase your property value.
**Brick homes can be power washed too! We will use a soft wash that will not hurt the mortar between the bricks but will still give it a good clean.

Window Cleaning
Dirty windows are more than just an eye sore. They can be negatively affecting your home's efficiency. Grime, dirt, and acid rain can harm or scratch the surface of the glass which weakens it overtime. This can lessen the lifespan of your windows and makes them more prone to shatter. Glass clarity also affects the amount of sunlight that can enter through which leads to less energy efficiency.

Smoke Alarm Testing / Battery Replacement
Working smoke alarms can truly be a matter of life or death. The battery should be changed yearly but testing them regularly is best to ensure they are ready in case of an emergency. While a seemingly small task, it is often overlooked or forgotten about. Let us take it off your plate, so you never have to worry.

Shower Head Cleaning
Regular shower use can lead to soap scum and hardwater buildup that clogs the holes of the shower head. This can allow bacterial growth which can be harmful to your health. Regularly removing and cleaning your shower head provides a cleaner, healthier shower experience while extending the life of your shower fixtures.

Water Heater Maintenance
Water heaters are expensive, and there's really never a good time to have to replace one. With a few simple steps, we can help you extend your water heater's life. First, flushing the water heater can help break down sediment that builds up over time. The more buildup of sediment there is, the more pressure your tank has which forces it to work harder to perform its task. This wear and tear can cut the lifespan of the tank short. Also, the more sediment there is, the less hot water your tank is actually holding. This means your long, hot shower on a cold December day could be cut short due to the amount of hot water actually being held in the tank despite its size capacity. Second, replacing the anode rod can help maximize the life of your water heater. The anode rod's job is to help keep your water heater from rusting. If it is not changed regularly, the tank is more prone to rust which will eventually ruin the tank.
Early detection of a possible problem can oftentimes lead to prevention of that problem. At the very least, it can help you get a little bit more out of your water heater before it becomes an expensive repair or necessary replacement. Regular maintenance can help you "check in" on your water heater's health, so you are able to budget better for when the time comes for a replacement.

HVAC Filter
Pet hair, dust, and any other particles you can think of are trapped by your HVAC filter in order to provide clean, fresh air through your vents. A dirty air filter forces your HVAC system to work harder, resulting in higher energy bills and can lead to more wear and tear of the unit itself. Depending on the type of filter you use, these must be changed regularly to maximize the life of your HVAC system.

Ceiling Fan Dusting / Direction Change
Did you know that your fan should go one direction in the Fall and Winter and the other during the Summer months? Making sure your fan is set to rotate counterclockwise in the summer and clockwise in the fall and winter can help cut energy costs without sacrificing comfort. Keeping the fan blades clean can also minimize dust particles and allergens in your home.
