What if I forget to schedule?
No worries! We will reach out when it is time for your quarterly, semi-annual, or annual maintenance. We will also send email or text reminders when your appointment is coming up.
How many technicians come to complete the maintenance?
It can depend on the size of your house and the number of services you include in your plan, but it is typically 1-2. Our aim is to be respectful of your time and space, so we want to make sure to be efficient but also thorough in completing the services.

It can be helpful for us to have a clear path to the area we are servicing as well as keeping pets out of the way while we are completing the maintenance.
How can I book my maintenance appointments?
Your follow up appointments can be booked over the phone or via email, but we are working on getting our client portal up and running so online booking will be available in the near future.
